NON REFUNDABLE RATE

The reservation cannot be cancelled.
The full amount of the reservation is paid when the reservation is booked. You will be notified should the payment from your credit card fail. If we cannot charge the amount to your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.

BEST AVAILABLE RATE

Free cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before arrival.
A valid credit card is a mandatory guarantee for the reservation.
If you wish to change the date of your trip in 2021, you can do this free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival at the destination (the price is set in accordance with the seasonal price valid at the actual date of travel).
In case the reservation is cancelled after the expiry of the cancellation deadline, we shall keep the charged amount.
Should you fail to arrive and you have not previously cancelled your reservation, we will charge your credit card for the entire amount of the reservation.
